Susmit Kumar has a Ph.D. from The Pennsylvania State University. Before coming to the U.S., he was selected to join the prestigious Indian Administrative Service (IAS). He is the author of book "The Modernization of Islam and the Creation of a Multipolar World Order" (Booksurge, January 2008).
